Bridge to nowhere OK, but hippie museum no way

I dunno--I tend to be a fiscal conservative, but the conservative protest on this strikes me as a little (well, a lot) silly, in light of their inability to control their own earmarks., including at least one that is pretty clearly unconstitutional.
